Minimum Order

A minimum order value of RM39 is required for all online orders.

Shipping Coverage

We currently serve customers in Penang, Malaysia.
Home Delivery is temporarily unavailable until further notice as we complete our operational transition. We appreciate your patience and look forward to resuming delivery services soon.

Self Pickup (Available)

Self Pickup is currently the only fulfillment option available.

Customers may collect their orders from our warehouse at the following:
Locaation:
9, Lorong Mak Mandin 5/8, Kawasan Perindustrian Mak Mandin Butterworth, Penang.
Operating Hours:
9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
9am-1130am (Saturday)
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and ready for pickup within 2 hours on business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon collection.

If you receive damaged, incorrect or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours by providing:

• Your order number
• Photos of the affected items (where applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of ice cream and frozen products, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been collected.

Exceptions may be considered for:

• Incorrect items supplied
• Manufacturing defects
• Products damaged before collection

All requests are subject to verification.

Payment Information

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• Online Banking (FPX)
• Selected digital wallets (Touch and Go and DuitNow)

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment Requirements

• Full payment is required before orders are processed.
• Orders will only be prepared after successful payment confirmation.
• Unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within 4 hours.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.
